spacious grounds well maintained grounds decent gym poor food cold food nonexistent options
The hotel grounds are spacious and very well maintained. The pool area offers plenty of space for all guests. I found it to be only yards from the beach and promenade. The indoor pool and gym are decent.
I found the food choices to be very poor and generally cold. If you are gluten-free the options are almost nonexistent. The staff seemed to be cooking food for themselves and not the guests. There was no one serving wine so it was beer or soft drinks.

large lobby private beach poor furniture old mirror
The hotel features a large lobby area with ample seating. It has three large swimming POOLS. The private beach access was particularly nice.
The rooms need a LITTLE maintenance. I noticed the balcony doors did not fit properly. Mirrors looked old. the outside furniture was falling apart.

ineffective air conditioning cracked sink
I found issues that demand attention. The air conditioning was not effective. The room remained too warm. our bathroom had a cracked sink. It looked neglected and requires replacement. I must also note. I only found ten hangers. More are required to properly accommodate two guests. The promised additional hangers were not delivered. I find this unacceptable.
